You can return item purchased on aleksandraseweryniak.com within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

If you would like to return a product, please notify us on studio@aleksandraseweryniak.com

Please note that the costs and risks pertaining to the return of items are borne by the sender.

 

EXCHANGES
Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please contact us on studio@aleksandraseweryniak.com to check the product availability. As soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.

 

REFUND
Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
