Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return request through your customer account or contact us at: studio@aleksandraseweryniak.com

After submitting your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the goods at your own expense. A refund will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method you selected when purchasing.

Return Terms

Returned goods must be in pristine condition – unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Complaints

If the product is defective, please contact us at studio@aleksandraseweryniak.com within 14 days of noticing the defect. We will process the complaint in accordance with applicable law.
